Anne Miller LCSW, PMHC, therapist + founder of Ampersand Therapy Co.

Hi! I’m Anne. I'm a licensed social worker, therapist, and the founder of Ampersand Therapy Co. I'm also a coffee-drinking Iowa mom of 3 kids who completely redesigned her career after surviving postpartum anxiety.

I founded Ampersand Therapy Co. to provide others with the life-changing tools and hope-inducing support I wish I had when I was going through my hardest days.
