Anne is a licensed social worker and therapist specializing in postpartum and perinatal mental health. After over 20 years of professional experience working with individuals and families in human service organizations, education, and healthcare, Anne founded Ampersand Therapy Co. Her care is direct and collaborative – She loves to talk through the process of therapy, so clients know exactly where we're at and where we're going. Whether we work together for 3 months or multiple years, I want you to feel confident that our time together has provided lifelong tools to make a difference.

Journey specializes in supporting women through all stages of life—from young adulthood and relationships to motherhood, loss, and life’s many transitions. With years of experience in hospitals, hospice care, and mental health settings, she brings a unique understanding of how deeply life experiences shape us. Journey integrates evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy with warmth, empathy, and a deep respect for your resilience. Her work has focused on walking alongside women and families during some of life’s most tender and transformative times—helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered.
