Meet Natasha Lantz

LISW, Therapist | Working with clients who live in Indiana

Hi, I’m Natasha:

a Licensed Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting youth, families, and communities, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people reconnect with themselves and others through compassion, trust, and science-informed care.

I’m a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner and QPR Gatekeeper Instructor, passionate about helping clients feel seen, safe, and supported as they work toward healing and wholeness.

My Approach

My background spans program leadership, trauma-informed care, and hands-on therapeutic work through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County, where I’ve led mental health initiatives, trained staff in emotional regulation, and developed sensory and support programs that help individuals thrive.

I believe therapy should be a safe space to explore your story, understand your mind-body connection, and discover the tools that empower you to live with purpose and peace. Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, or past trauma, my approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and connection — meeting you where you are, so we can grow from there.

“Healing happens when we feel safe enough to be seen, brave enough to feel, and hopeful enough to begin again.”
